KKR who almost owns 60% of PRM just announced 5-6 public offerings next year. I was always worried that KKR might start dumping shares because of their money problems. Because PRM is thinly traded this would radically affect the price of PRM much like the mutual funds dumping the end of last quarter. The announcement below alleviates those fears to a great extent.
