Does anyone have a close estimate as to the cost basis that peerless has in their 3 million common shares of Highbury after their warrant conversions? Will they recognize all $4.65million in quarterly and special dividends on 3 million shares? Where do the dividends typically show up on their balance sheet?

I suppose I should know all this, but my mind hasn't been working properly lately.
