Though volume typically is a good sign, the lack of price increase with as heavy of buying as their was today is a huge negative. Their are several major sellers still attacking the stock after 7 weeks of relentless selling. I estimate they have 1 million shares left to sell, so depending on volume it will happen in 1 to 2 weeks. Then the shelf will occur and the price will plummet another 20%. Then, just maybe, depending on the quality of their product, PRKR might again go up above $3 - but not very high.
