Two foreclosures were in Mobile, Al. Sunday paper by Vision Bank a sub of PNB totaling about$25 million. They were bid in about $13 million which would result in a $12 million chargeoff. No way to tell if these loans had been internally charged down. The biggest loan, about $21 million on a water theme park in Orange Beach, also is involved in a bad faith lawsuit against Vision per paper.
