Has anyone been paid for their ADR shares that traded on the nasdaq?
Per PRGS web site, they are charging us a .05 cent ADR cancellation fee. So we will only receive 4.00 per share. This fee was not quantified in any of the proxies. Only that a cancellation fee per share would be charged? Lets see, 3 weeks since the merger was consumated, excessive cancellation fee per share and NO payment yet. Rating :
