For this week's screen, I used analyst sell calls as contrarian signals. How often do they get caught out up/downgrading a stock after the fact?

My screen looked for stocks with strong sell ratings along with 3%+ yields selling for less than 10x price-to-cash-flow. Over half of them were REITs, including PPS. The results of the screen are here:
