nice to see PPS doing well...i think their rents and vacancy have held up well. they need to clear out the condo inventory but looks like they are attacking aggressivly...PPS continues to trade at a discount to liquidation value. although barriers to entry are poor in PPS's key mkts (atl, dallas, houston, austin) i think employment has and will continue to hold up better there.
