Bingo. Even if they would allow these kind of scams (which China's government will NOT), the Chinese culture and system of justice are so different from ours...

The middle class there is very small as a percent of the overall Chinese population, and they aren't worried about needing a lawyer. Their discretionary income is NOWHERE NEAR ours. This "everyone should have a lawyer on speed-dial" mentality would be viewed as absurdly frivolous. I'd loooooooooooooooooooove to see someone try to sell this snake oil to a random group of Chinese people over there. They would laugh at you.

This really makes me chuckle. Do you think China is looking at our screwed up legal system, frivolous lawsuits, too many lawyers and saying to themselves, "That's AWESOME! WE need some of that"? And does the Chinese government strike you as being open to the idea of individuals "empowering" (LOL - I love it when you use that term - too funny) themselves to start litigating their grievances? Do you think the Soviet Union would have stood by and said, "No problem!" if PPD had tried to take their BS over there?

But like Burlhouse said, at least you are acknowledging that the growth prospects in North America are used up. That's important. Because the next step is recognizing that the system of law is wildly different from country to country, and this pyramid (unlike one that sells worthless supplement pills, Tupperware or cosmetics, for example) cannot easily expand into new countries.
