I did hear some frustration in the CEO's voice on the CC, but I reflect on the Treximet deal as their first deal and a valuable learning experience in negotiating partnership agreements as well as navigating the FDA approval process.

I agree with clcl that Trex royalties for 2010 should be around $20 million, and as you have said many times...it pays the bills. A nice $20 million revenue stream is great for a small company like Pozen. Next step, potential PN approval is now less than six months away, then we are on to PA, which could open a whole new chapter for Pozen with a new strategy (while always keeping all options open).
