Powell Liable for DC Crash?     24-Jun-09 06:34 pm    
Anybody know if Powell is liable for the crash in DC? I know they did work on the DC metro system and it looks the focus is on the power control and automation systems.

How big could the damages be if they are culpable and what effect will that have the stock?

I'm a loooong time Powell share holder and this has me very scared as BK could be a real possibility if Powell is at fault.

Anybody with info on this please reply! Thanks.
