The Banks and Creditors are in at Latham. Apollo and POOLCORP have written down their respective investments in Latham. Logically, Latham has done the same internally. This likely means a chapter 11 filing by Christmas. POOLCORP depends on Latham for 50%-75% of its supply in certain major product areas. My question is, if Latham fails how does POOLCORP deal with this loss of supply?
