I'm ready to bet that the 3rd quarter earnings will be in excess of 0.12, probably 0.13 or even .14. Remember the outlook from the 2nd quarter was "very positive" for the 3rd. This will skyrocket after earnings and at price/book at around 0.5 it is very very cheap (tangible BV is around 7.8). It will not be after earnings.v v strong buy under 4.5. Will go to 6 after earnings or 1-2 days before.
