With all the rate increase approvals...      1-Jul-09 10:57 am    
and the approval of the fuel adjustment, I don't understand why this stock hasn't recovered at least into the high teens. What is keeping this stock downish? It wasn't all that long ago that 20 seemed low. Since this message board only gets one post per month, I will wait patiently for a reply. :)
