I am a long, but as I look at the potential to market the home laser products for wrinkles etc. which JNJ passed on, I have to feel discouraged about PMTI's lack of activity on the home hair removal market. They have the ability to take it on their own, or market it to others, yet nothing apparently is going forward. Any thoughts on where this is at? Could they be considering a simultaneous lauch next year?

Regarding the bottom, this will go down to nine or ten imo. There most likely is a long time between news that will increase product revenues. A 10 million dollar settlement only puts 60 cents more value on the company, but does not support growth. Don't get me wrong, I look forward to it, but I don't see it as a big spur of increase in share price.
