The valuation only makes sense if you believe they are on the verge of losing a lot of money from operations.

I guess it could go lower, but at some point, cash is cash. Investors are getting a business for a song at $13 and change, with $10.50 in cash. At the very least this company is well positioned for tough times, relative to most.
