Great bounce, great pumping! This is quite typical before bad quarterly numbers. We need to counter the bad news that will be out by the 16th in the 10Q.

If the article is right, PHMD management is late in reworking its distributor arrangements and working to increase its share of the skin cream market. This opportunity should have been seized a year ago. Your comment about bad-mouthing management may fall on deaf ears, this is the same management that nearly destroyed the company.
Does anyone really think these guys can plan and execute an effective skin cream business strategy against larger competitors? A recent poster, bottomfish, says the negative posters are losers. He is right. Losing investment in PHMD makes us all losers - sore losers.
Let's call management for what they are. They have planned poorly, failed to execute, and tried to cover up their performance. Two years ago this was the promise:

Sales were $38.7M in 2007. It has gone down ever since. The estimate was $43M in 2008. What happened? Instead of fixing what was broken, the company continued down this doomed path, and the analyst revised down sales estimates from $52M in 2009 to $46M. This was 7 months ago! Will we even get to $32M?

Now we have another lawsuit, huge accounts payable, no cash, no CFO, massive dilution, a delisting notice, and our primary partner wasn't interested in putting in more cash.

I'm pointing the finger, management is responsible for this mess. Now that we have some cash, let's find some leadership that is willing to steer us from the rocks.
