I did get information from analysts on near-term (3 to 6 months) closure for PPS btw $7.1 and $5.1 for PHMD. Building positions based on the inputs.

Quick questions for the long on these:
martin_trembley, bankonit88, manofeconomics:

(1) I am trying to be realistic about the PPS, with no bias to what is being offered or asked for. Looking at the assets, IPs and patents PHMD has, what should be a "realistic" valuation of PHMD. Both those numbers are quite high, shouldn't it be around 3's or closure?
(2) The $18M loan is puny compared to direct cash investment, if and when that comes through. I read a few details on $18M at $5.18? Could you explain that a bit more.
(3) What are your holding in terms of last 1:7 R/S. How long have you tracked this scrip. I am new here and badly looking for more info. Help is appreciated.
(4) I did get a list of all the PIPE deals, some are still under $3.8 on the investments. How do you think we will get to this PPS unless PHMD management is forced to sell the assets/company at a rate to cover all these? Do you have any insight - as to all these lawsuit/PIPEs are to push the board to a corner to get these takeover deals signed? What's your comments - good or bad?
