Yes we have several against the assets and IP's of PHMD, but while valuation is at concern - PHMD DOES BETTER than MOST of its competitor.

Also, serious buyers (the old fashioned one's) dont look at the crap of equity, PR's, Revenues, options. It's plain and simple -
(1) If you spend 10 bucks, do you make 11 back on your sales?
(2) Does you product work without defects?
(3) How satisfied your customers are and what is the growth prospects?

Believe me, we did get an answer "YES" in all three questions. The sales figure is the area which needs work, and that should be fixed soon. In next 3 quarters as per the information I have, PHMD would be taking-in a bigger market position in terms of sales and revenue generation (while reducing base cost - like business cost, equipment cost, delivery cost).

This is being groomed and primed for a sale in my opinion. Will post finding soon.
