I will call a city in florida to try and get a copy of the plans. I read their contract and it appears they "MAY" charge you for this and that. It goes on forever. 60 pages. There were page numbers missing. I like the house and I like the 55 plus communinty. I just have the feeling somewhere down the line I will get scr--ed.
