For one simple reason, i.e.,
Going forward, it will realize synergy and savingsof $440 million on an annualized basis. It is additional $440 million earning once the HB section returning back to normal in next year or two. None of the other HBs have such an additional earning power and the other HB have not even close to match the earning power of PHM in next Q and forward. I bought 20,000 PHM shares today.
