Finding the talent has been tough in the business for quite some time. The talent hired at each sales center comes down to the GM hiring just anyone to fill a spot or someone that has worked for several companies that was dismissed. I would bet that most of the current GMs don't train their staff. Since I left the company for another business I know that I would not go back even though I was successful. When I left PHHM as a General Manager I had seen several changes that were not for the better. Regional management was steadily going downhill, RM, MM, DA and several others that couldn't work for other companies. The days of Chaney and Finke will never happen again.
