The compensation consultant that the PFIN used would probably have given the captain of the Titanic a million dollar award for safety.
I believe Robert L Dubosky, Jeffery D Franklin, Alan I Goldberg, Dennis Kalick, Kenneth M Scheriff, Mitchell A Solomon and Marc A Utay are all PFIN board members. I feel the board members are personally liable for such a transparent act of unlawful conveyance involved in Horowitz's compensation. Any hungry securities lawyers around? Even if the bord quits they are still on the hook for the money taken from shareholders. Rating :
