After years of holding this, I stopped the pain today. Actually, the stock is up since I bought it but the pain of watching Horowitz rape the company year after year got to be too much.

In the last few year, there has been plenty of motion but no forward progress. Earnings are where they were years ago and the balance sheer has been buggered with goodwill. I think they're about out of real estate to sell now. How are they going to finance their non or barely-accretive acquisitions?

Meanwhile, Horowitz takes his million base, million bonus, other perks, blah, blah, 3-years of salary if he quits, yada, yada, salary can be adjusted up but not down, etc., etc. Legalized theft with a Board of complicit lackeys supporting it.
