Large companies like this get sued all the time, like perhaps hundreds of lawsuits a year. yes they should be on top of it, but when one falls through the cracks it is also understandable.

Now I dont know if this is pure opportunistic suing from the plaintiffs which it seems to be, but If someone is suing a large company for such an exorbitant amount of money that much more detailed measures should be taken to make them aware and serve them properly.

Heads should roll in pepsi legal department, but the company should not have to pay a dime until they go through proper court procedures. How many of you have to deal with courts and laws in 50 states?
