Hi,

I am a health care provider and a friend of a disabled young man from who has been accepted into a graduate program at the University of Northern British Columbia for this fall.

When he applied for his visa he was rejected due to insufficient living funds despite having enough $ for tuition and a handicapped dorm room. He needs $8000 according to the Immigration Board of Canada. The $ would go to his student account at the University of Northern British Columbia or perhaps could even go through the program advisors. He has come a long way only to have this road block.
