The company is currently selling at 4-5 P/E, while most of its competitors are at 13-17 P/E. considering this, the target price is realistic, however it seems that a lot of people do not have faith in the future sustainability of PDS. I do not know why. Overall, i think the stock will reach the target price by the 2nd quarter of 2010. Also, if the natural gas market improves, this stock has the potential to go even beyond its current target, possibly high 30's to low 40's. But this is just speculation.
