Now to address your opinion..

1. Bob Duggan is the point person that has turned around PCYC, not Glenn Rice;

2. As the wily investor you represent yourself to be, surely, you understand that different phases of a companies growth and development require different skill sets in its most senior upper management. 16 months since Duggan took over PCYC (Sep '08 - Dec '09), the company now needs a President that has complete and total focus on the day-to-day ops of managing four product candidates in clinical development and two product candidates in pre-clinical development. Dr. Rice specializes in different skills, thus the time for a new President;

3. In addition to the 200k share option Dr Rice earned (as President/COO) since Feb '09, he also owns over 405,000 shares of PCYC common. He is very much still positioned to make millions from PCYC's future growth. Now he is free to do what he does best, be a board member of a company in which he has a significant personal stake while doing it again with another co.;

4. Dr. Rice moving on to his next venture is very much a positive sign that he sees PCYC to currently be in a very strong position re: balance sheet, Duggan in charge and the exceptional Chief Medical Officer and other high-quality research staff working daily at PCYC.
