Don't buy just on that basis alone.

You are right, move to Win7 should have a positive effect. They did indicate so in the conference call.

Additionally lot of the businesses have deferred IT purchases last couple of years...so obviously there is a pent up demand.

Things that may work against them is the move towards netbooks (cheaper than laptops) and cloud computing and virtualization (less demand for servers).

Having said that, the stock is below book....so it is a buy no matter what happens.
