Wrong. Small fleet and o/o is where the money is. Ask any dealer or manufacturer in the country where there highest margins are. That market will never go away. Unfortunetly, PCAR is giving that market away. Don't recall PCAR ever doing this bad in the past...Maybe they chose the wrong path? Maybe they shouldn't of changed? Maybe they are learning a tough lesson? Maybe they have no clue on how to fix it? Maybe everyone who works there knows this and is buying time till they can retire?
