PARS just received its official delisting notice from NASDAQ. PARS does not intend to appeal the delisting.

When PARS is delisted, Yahoo will discontinue the old PARS page and the new one (PARS.OB) will no longer have access to a message board.

HOWEVER! The board itself is never actually deleted. If you want to continue to access the old board and post messages, you'd better bookmark this board NOW. Because after Yahoo eliminates access through the web page, a bookmark is one of the few ways you can access this message board.
