The whole PARL story is that the business model is different from what Katz initially communicated to investors and what we understood about the business.

I will have more on this over the weekend but while I don't like the fact that I started investing 2 years ago based on Katz's initial story, I still believe significant upside is in the future. More on this over the weekend.
