FBR Capital notes that over the past two days, ORN has announced two contract awards that, combined, are valued at $81 mln. These awards are significant and provide them with greater confidence that their '10 ests may prove conservative. They continue to rate ORN shares Outperform, as they believe the co has attractive growth prospects over the next three to five years, from both organic opportunities and acquisitions that may be funded with its cash-rich balance sheet. They believe there could be several catalysts to upward revisions to their ests. They note valuation is very attractive; their $30 tgt is justified by its growth rate, solid prospects, and strong balance sheet relative to other E&C cos.
