Sell into strength.
Unfortunately, the word "strength" is a relative term. So I would consider "strength" to be at around $25-40. Someone really doesn't want to cover their short position. After a recent double bottom with a good back fill; Technically I would say we are building a pretty good foundation for a new high. IS NOT TOO LATE......
