Z...What I mean, is I think there are a lot of new investors here, recently, possibly since the Lockheed agreement eyeball opener, that haven't really studied this company, its products, the WEC competition, or the market very well, and if they are indeed that recent, definitely have not had time to get a 'feel' for this company. If you go back and look at the market volume since that announcement, you will see the change in vol that illuminates my observational theory. I mean no insult, it is only a trading observation and possible positional advantage to be aware of the potential technical savvy and industry know-how percentage of the current holders, just like its wise to also know the insiders holding percentage. Especially so with this low float.
