Is it hot? Yes (green)
Do they have good news or recognized tech advantage? yes (contract almost the size if their market cap)
Is there something to be excited about? yes

This is like apple getting a 160 billion dollar contract. Is it all going to bottom-line? no. Is it shared with another company? yes. but for them it is huge. and so is the news. I really wouldn't be shocked at 12 next week because of these factors combined with market cap and momentum.
