Looks like Wiremelt is on target - 8K released today states that 2 more Quiklaunch satellites are dead, including the Coast Guard Demonstration satellite.

Or course, Orbcomm will allow you to track all the dead Spacecraft using their 2-line element sets, but if they can't communicate with them, why do they publish the TLE's as stating that they are "providing limited services during in-orbit testing"
