Only event scheduled this week is filing Cassidy's motion to dismiss the criminal charges. This will be an interesting document to read (if it isn't delayed)
As for the CFTC & SEC arguments last week, although we have nothing to read as the result of the meeting... the good news is that the arguments actually happened. There is no schedule by which the Judge has to decide anything - but at least he allowed the arguments to happen. zzzz.... Rating :
