The arguments were open to the public, however, I do not anticipate that anything will be released to the public about how they went.

We have the CFTC complaint and we have the Motions to Dismiss. The arguments should not have included anything not already in those documents. I wanted to go, but decided that I'd be better off putting in a day at work rather than losing more time keeping tabs on this case. The only thing I might have gleaned by being there was the Judge's attitude toward the plaintiffs and the defendants. See.... and the problem is that I can be swayed by subtle things such as a raised eyebrow or smirk.... and when dealing with a Judge who is programmed to follow the letter of the law... going by body language can get you into trouble.
