Now that the big boys are getting out of sectors that have seen the great run-ups over the last few months they now have a great opportunity to get in on the bulk shippers at historically low prices. What a great time to buy after being downgraded at prices near 52 week lows. This run-up on bulk shippers will start Q4 and extend through 2010.
