This is the bottom...$3.22
If you are not BUYING here, you should have your frigging head examined.........the volume is very low, showing few buyers or sellers, RSI is 32 and PPS is a retest of both the march armeggdon and the last mid july lows. Anticipated increasing fuel usage due to US recession recovery, job creation will increase CPP spot rates, and sector sentiment, and ONAV is set to benefit the most.
