Omnicom clearly has engaged in legal robbery from shareholders. They would never sell the whole company for $24 a share, yet they recently gave employees a long term option to acquire 25.5m shares, over 8% of the company, at an exercise price of about $24 per share. The management and board deserve to go to jail for being a bunch of thieves.
