Looks like WPP's shareholders might take issue with your assertions. Omnicom is run in a far more competent fashion than its peers. IPG is still a basket case and apparently WPPs success is based on Sir Martin Sorrell's efforts alone which opens shareholders up to all sorts of arm twisting. What happens when Martin dies God forbid?
