Not the best, but a good one:
1) One of the worst balance sheets I've seen in my life: $2.4 Billion in debt, $2 billion in goodwill,zero equity; (read - shareholder money wasted on stupid, ego-driven, bubble-priced acquisitions),
2) $1 billion of shareholder equity just written off (read - 15 years worth of retained profits wiped out)
3) and for all that management is getting paid several million dollars in compensation a year!

Good luck owning this pile of garbage.
