this is a good amount but IMO still not enough, IMO ONC is still $20M shy of where it needs to be at the time it enters into the PIII H&N trial. the question is whether upcoming PII H&N data will be sufficient to fundamentally move ONC higher to cause remaining warrant holders to convert or whether ONC will have to do a full raise. i doubt any partnership (excluding whatever the Avastin show may generate) is likely for some time, hope i'm wrong but price action doesn't suggest anything.
