OFI is an excellent company with great potential. They have been paying down debt; the recent partnership with J.R.Simplot Co. will drive up revenues.
OFI makes quality private label (supermarket generic label) frozen food in times when the stretched consumer is looking to save money.
They also make a range of products for the fast food companies.
It is a good undervalued, undiscovered stock to be in considering the economical condition we are going thru. Hey, we all have to eat.
Patience will pay off; the stock should trade much higher after the earnings.
I'm also surprised that a big national company that needs an instant presence in Los Angeles did not offer to buy them yet; the value of this company is so low PE AND PE Forward under 10 PEG way below 1 at .59

Versus Tyson food TSN PEG 1.20, I believe the credit crunch might have hampered or delayed that idea. I also think that as they pay down their debt OFI will look more appealing and less complex to be acquired.
OFI is in the heart of Los Angeles with very dense population all around.
it is just a matter of time before they start announcing new deals and products from the J.R. Simplot partnership.
One famous analyst once said: The best stock out there could be the one you already own.
Look at all the big investors holding this small cap company, that's a solid endorsement.
