Followers of the twisted tale of Overstock.com may remember that with every financial report issued by the company, Patrick Byrne violated GAAP and SEC disclosure rules and he will always remain proud of that.

It was titled, “How to Issue Phony Financial Reports and Screw Investors, Patrick Byrne Style” (just read each and every financial report issued by Overstock.com).

Contrary to honest company management’s who follow GAAP and SEC rules in financial reporting, Patrick Byrne’s choagies (Jason C. Lindsey, David Chidester, Jonathan E. Johnson, etc.) told lies to shareholders that were so shoddy they made the SEC blush and open up two parallel investigations)....

Some day I might show my cards and let the know the full extent of Patrick Byrne's frauds on investors. For now, some secrets will remain secret, while the SEC probes continue.
