...and tell me what that 1/5" 2MP WLM bit is all about...I suppose VisEra released that to volume production for some other sensor manufacturer??

Unfortunately we haven't heard about it from Omnivision yet, but that is typical. They will let us know when it is shipping in volume.

The Baird guy is who thought that Omnivison got the droid design.

I personally don't give a @#$%. I actually looked at the droid today because I need a phone. I thought it was a piece of @#$%.
My next phone will be an iPhone...not because it has an OVTI sensor, but because it is the best product out there right now. I'd have it now if they had a Verizon hookup.

I went from the Verizon store (two people in the store, one was me) to the Apple store in the same center...20 sales people and they couldn't keep up with the traffic.

I don't give a @#$% about Apple either, but you would have to be blind to not see what is happening. The iPhone is winning everyone over (who can put up with AT&T) And the Mac is going to finally take some share from the PC @#$%.

Cute story: I stopped into Best Buy. I was looking at iPhones, the sales guy came up and said he owned one and loved it. Didn't see why anyone would get anything else..then he learned that I couldn't use AT&T, so he tried putting me into an HTC Hero (I think). Nice phone, but why?

Maybe Omnivision goes right in the toilet...anything can happen, but they look to be in a powerhouse position for the moment.

One of the galactic questions remains why Tina and you (Dumb and Dumber) continue to pound on this company...it's been going on for years...you both have been right and wrong at times, just like the rest of us. I simply don't understand your motivation.
I think Tina get screwed real bad in the first year after the IPO and has a lifelong woody for Omnivision, but what is your story?
Don't give me that bull@#$% about saving the world from semiwiz and Omnivision....there's a lot of other "saving" out there to do.
