Ya, right. Selling 5M shares to obtain $3M in cash shows how desperate this company is to pay its bills. I have never heard of a company doing an offering for such a small amount of money, unless they are desperate. By the way, what percentage does the underwriter charge for this? 5% - 10%? Wasn't a good deal, IMO.
