I heard when the last CEO was appointed that the current COO was up for the job...thank GOD that did not happen. The current CEO is a good guy and is OK, but the COO needs to go for this company to be successful. As shareholders, we should be able to vote on each member of management staying or going...maybe I'll show up at the next shareholders meeting and suggest they implement this practice.
