First, the numbers given in my previous post were not given in the regular presentation, but in response to several questions from a Heartland representative. You don't have to be a math genius to see that if they hit those targets it would mean about $40 million in incremental revenue in 2010 and $80 million in 2011. The addressable market for DuraTech is $100 million, so if that got fully launched by late 2010 it might contribute, say an additional $5 million in 2011, which would be 5% market share. (The addressable market for all contemplated applications of the HCT platform, which include rotator cuff repair, wound care, and abdominal wall repair, is about $1 billion.) The addressable market for interbody (this word is not familiar to me, but that's what it sounded like in the call) applications of MagniFuse is in the neighborhood of $1 billion, as they said in the call it is greater than the market for spinal applications, which is $850 million. If it gained, say 3% of that market in 2011, that would be an additional $30 million. Even if they came in short of these targets, the potential for significant revenue growth is obviously there. If they can't capitalize on it, they should sell the company to someone who can.
